Preparing to speak to Barnet headteachers

I'm speaking to Barnet heads at their conference on Wednesday evening.  By way of preparation I asked one of our managers at The Key to give me an overview of what heads are concerned about at the moment.  To get this information he looked at what the 20,000 or so members have been looking at in their 300,000 questions and website hits each term.  For amusement, I thought you might like to be reminded of the Homer Simpson brain cut-through.
